Matchkoo uses essential session cookies and browser LocalStorage to remember your language preference (EN/AR), active navigation states, and secure login session. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.

6Security Standards & Data Retention

All platform communication is secured using HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are hashed using salt-fortified bcrypt algorithms. We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Upon requested account deletion, personal data is permanently purged from active databases within 30 days.

Matchkoo does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that an account has been registered by a child without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete the account.
